摘要
针对ZSZY系列钻井液直线振动筛应用中存在的问题,从分析国内外钻井液振动筛的发展情况、振动筛的机理开始,优选了筛网、振动筛振型、抛掷指数、筛面倾角以及振幅和激振频率等参数,在此基础上进行了结构设计及样机试验。样机经室内试验及现场试验、与国内外同类产品对比结果表明,试制样机的综合技术性能指标接近和达到了国内同类产品的先进水平,与国内外现有振动筛相比,具有结构简单、性能价格比高、工作可靠、寿命长等特点。在现场推广应用中,取得了较好的效果,并对今后的发展方向提出了建议。
Abstract
In order to achieve the high performance and low cost of vibrating screen,and aim at further research of the problems existed in applications of ZSZY series drilling fluid linear vibrating screen,which developed by Drilling Research Institute of Zhongyuan Petroleum Exploration Bureau,the investigation and study to the domestic and foreign development status quo and the mechanism of vibrating screen have been carried on.Based on optimizing parameters of screen net,vibrating mode,chuck index,obliquity,swing and induced frequency etc.,the structure design and the test of sample machine are carried out.Contrasting the laboratory and the locale test to the domestic and foreign congeners,the results indicate that polytechnic targets approach and have achieved the domestic similar product advanced level.Compared with the domestic and foreign existing vibrating screens,it has the characters,such as,structure simply,operate easily,maintenance conveniently,high performance price ratio,work reliable,the longer life and so on.In the scene promotion application,the better benefit has been obtained,and the proposals to the further development are put forward.
