摘要
针对胜利油田胜坨地区在调整井钻井过程中时常发生地层漏失、注水造成的井涌等技术难题,在采用多种解决方式效果不佳的情况下,引入了一种新技术即柔性膨胀管技术,该技术通过液压或机械的方法使柔性套管膨胀,可以封隔水层和坍塌地层、保护产层,隔绝漏失层,解决同一裸眼井段不同压力系统的钻井问题。波纹柔性管相比于其他柔性膨胀管具有许多的优点,该技术在俄罗斯应用已经十分成熟,解决了上千口井的复杂问题。在胜利油田胜坨地区采用波纹柔性管技术实验了2口井,解决了水窜和漏失问题,取得了良好效果。
Abstract
Many lost circulations,abnormal high pressure and well bore caving occur often in Shengtuo block,Shengli Oilfield caused by complex underground conditions since its long development history by over forty years.Corrugated flexible liner could be expanded to isolate water zone and trouble zones,and to solve the problems such as different drilling pressure existing within a open hole and other problems.Compared with other expandable tubing,this technology has been used in many wells in Russia and solved thousands of wells problems as well as being applied in other countries.A successful application of profiled liner has solved water channeling and lost circulation problems in Shengli Oilfield.
