高温深井水泥浆体系在徐闻X1井的应用

Application of cement system for deep well with high temperature to xuwen X1 well

针对徐闻X1井井底静止温度高达160℃给油层套管固井带来的技术难题,首次选用了适于井温范围在90~150℃的高温深井固井水泥浆体系应用于该井。对高温新型降失水剂TW 110L和缓凝剂TW 302L等外加剂进行了室内试验,在施工现场与固井所用的水样、水泥和硅粉进行了配伍性试验。现场试验表明:该水泥浆体系在高温下性能稳定,稠化时间易于调节,过渡时间短,稠化曲线基本呈直角,且水泥石抗压强度符合质量要求,能满足徐闻X1井油层套管的固井需要。高温深井水泥浆体系在徐闻X1井油层套管固井的成功应用表明,该体系能解决由于井下高温而引起的固井技术难题。
In order to effectively improve quality of well cementation,selected new high temperature fluid loss control agent TW110L as cement for xuwen X1 well,its adequate to 90-150 ℃ wells.Tested compatibility of TW110L and retarder TW302L with water,cement and silica flour in field,shows that TW110L’s performance well at high temperature and it also has those characteristics,such as easy to adjust density time,short transit time,high compressive resistance and etc.and it has obtain success in xuwen X1 well’s cement.It solve the problem of high temperature well’s cement.
