新型压差丢手Y445型封隔器的研制与应用

油田上使用的压差丢手封隔器普遍存在丢手压力高、丢手压力不稳定以及丢手成功率低、解封成功率低等问题,严重影响了作业成功率。而且常用的Y441封隔器+丢手工具型工艺管柱也常常在完井管柱入井时受水力冲击易出现中途丢手的现象。同以往的丢手封隔器相比,新研制的Y445悬挂丢手封隔器集多种功能于一身,由于丢手活塞采取面积差的结构形式,丢手方式可以采取投球或不投球两种方式,成功率大大提高。解卡机构采取机械脱卡下锥体的结构特点,有效提高了解卡成功率。截至2005年3月该技术已经现场成功应用50多井次,坐封丢手一次成功率100%,收到了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

The current release packer has problems,suck as high and destabilize release pressure,low success ratio of release and unset,The Y441 packer and release string always release at midway for the shock of hydraulic.Compared to current packer,the new Y445 release packer has integrated multi capacities,for the release piston uses structure of area difference,it makes the packer can adopt two release methods of throw ball and without throw ball,it also enhanced release success ratio,at the same time,the back off structure uses mechanical release with lower cone,which enhanced success ratio of back off.Before march 2005,this instrument has been applied to 50 wells and all get success,which receive favorable economic and society benefit.
