Study on eccenter separate layer injection technology of alkaline-surfactant-polymer

随着三元复合驱驱油技术在大庆油田的开展,三元复合驱驱替对象已转向渗透率更低、层间差异更大的二、三类油层,由于存在着层间矛盾大、层段多的问题,需要通过多层分注来缓解层间矛盾。针对这种情况,对现有分注工艺的工艺性能、应用情况进行了比较、分析,然后针对三元复合驱的特点提出了一种新的三元复合驱偏心分注工艺设想,可通过特殊结构的偏心配注器来控制分层注入压力,调节分层配注量,从而实现三元复合驱多层分注。介绍了该分注技术的工艺原理、管柱结构,并针对三元复合驱注入过程中的结垢问题,提出了几种防垢措施。
In view of applications of alkaline-surfactant-polymer to lower permeability,greater interlamination contradictory and difference, and multi layer situation.Compared and analyzed current separate layer injection technology,provide a new eccenter separate layer injection idea of alkaline-surfactant-polymer,can realize separate layer injection by a special eccenter injection tool.Introduced principles and string architecture of separate layer injection technology,and provided some anti-scale method of this tool.
