声波助排解堵技术研究及现场应用

污染、出砂等会造成地层堵塞而影响油井产能,而常规的混气水排液工艺适用范围窄,解堵效果不理想。为了解决这一问题研究了声波助排解堵技术。该技术是将声波解堵与混气水排液工艺相结合而形成的,通过声波振动与混气水排液工艺协同作用扩大声波振动波及范围,同时也增强地层的返排能力,使最终解堵效果提高。该技术在胜利油田孤岛采油厂推广应用29口井,比常规混气水排液工艺平均增液提高3.98倍,平均增油提高5.17倍。对因地层堵塞的低产井、新井以及长停井都起到了很好的解堵增产效果。
Due to damage and sanding of formation,oil productivity was severely affected.The applicability of conventional flowing technology with gassy water is very limited.The effect of broken-down is not very satisfied.Combine Acoustic Assistant broken-down with gassy water drainage.Through the common function of acoustic vibration and flowing with gassy water,the sweeping areas are enlarged,at the same time,the back-drainage of the formation is strengthened,which makes the ultimate effect of broken-down is improved.This technology has been widely applied in 29 wells of Gudao oilfield,the technology is obviously better than that of the conventional.It has a good effect on new wells with long time shut-in and low productivity.
