摘要
抽油杆柱下部载荷和位移难以准确描述,使抽油杆柱的设计受到一定的限制,为此研制了抽油杆柱受力状况井下检测装置。该装置结构与抽油杆接箍一样,可以安装于抽油杆柱的任何部位,传感器采用了微耗电系统,可以在井下连续工作1年以上。油井工作时,井下抽油杆的负荷、温度、位移及流体压力等参数经处理后存储于存储器中,起出抽油杆后,存储的数据经PC机的相应程序进行处理后,获取所需的数据和示功图。通过对不同位置上实测示功图的分析对比,近泵口位置的传感器由于消除了杆柱运动的影响,所测示功图更准确地反映了泵的实际工作状况。9口井的现场应用表明,该装置测量的示功图能准确地反映油井的工作状况。
Abstract
It is difficulty to describe the accurate load and displace on lower part of sucker road,and difficult to design sucker rod,therefore, developed a device for stress state detection of Sucker rod,it can amount any part of sucker rod,its sensors use lower power consumer system,and can work more than one year in downhole,it record parameters,such as load,temperature,displace and fluid pressure,after pulling out rod,those data can be processed by computer program to obtain useful data and indicator diagram.Experiment in 9 wells show that this device can more accurately reflect the true work state of a well.
