新型有机正电胶钻井液体系的研究与应用

摘要
针对中原油田极其复杂的地层情况(多断块、高温、高盐),通过大量试验,研制开发出了钻井液用新型有机正电胶WPS,并对其抗污染、配伍性、抗温、润滑性、抑制性、保护油气层性能进行了室内试验。试验表明,有机正电胶WPS在耐温、抗盐抗钙、防塌、润滑及提高渗透率恢复值等方面具有较好的效果,采用新型有机正电胶WPS配制的新型有机正电胶钻井液体系抗温达150℃,抗盐可达饱和,渗透率恢复值大于80%。使用新型有机正电胶聚合物钻井液体系分别在刘侧20-2、文72-169、白46等20口井上进行了现场试验,现场应用表明,该体系具有强剪切稀释性、强悬浮携砂性、强抑制性和油层保护性能,可进一步推广应用。
Abstract
According to the complex formation complexion of stratum of ZPEB (multi-fault,high temperature,condensing salt),a novel drilling fluid additives-organic positive gel (WPS) is developed through many tests.Results in laboratory showed that organic positive gel (WPS) has good effects in temperature-resisting,salt-resisting,collapse-preventing,lubrication properties and formation protection.The novel drilling fluid system of organic positive gel can be applied in saturation salt solution,stable at 150℃ and the value of durchgriff reversion was more than 80%.The new system was applied as field experiment in 20 wells such as liu (side tracking) 20-2,wen 72-169 and bai 46 etc.In-situ application indicated that the new system had strong dilution shearing property,good cutting carrying capacity,strong inhibition property to shale and strong reservoir protecting ability.
