摘要
API系列油井水泥不能满足套保油田低温(油层温度18℃)、浅层稠油井固井施工技术要求,为此,采用高硅率、高铝率矿物材料及微晶种、矿化剂双掺煅烧技术,研制开发了特种低温水泥(快凝早强水泥)。室内评价试验表明,该特种水泥低温工程特性突出:流动性能好,凝结速度快,早期抗压强度高。在套保油田9口低温浅井的现场试验中,综合固井优质率达到77.8%。室内试验和现场试验结果表明:所研制的快凝早强水泥的工程性能满足低温浅井固井施工的技术要求。
Abstract
The technical key and the problems concerning cementing a shallow well at borehole static temperature of 18℃ (BHST) was analyzed.By sinter raw of high silica ratio and high alumina ratio with crystal seed and flux,special cement with characteristics of quickset and high early strength,for cementing lower-temperature well was proposed in this paper.The experimental findings and applications indicated that the slurry of special quickset cement shown not only significant early compressive strength both also accelerated set time.In addition,other engineering properties of the slurry also satisfied shallow formations of lower temperature.The cement was applied in 9 wells and showed excellent cementing quality of 77.8% both in the bond interfaces of the first and the second in Taobao oilfield of viscous crude.
