深井钻井技术问题及其系统分析

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS OF DEEP WELL DRILLING AND THEIR SYSTEMS ANALYSIS

根据现代科学(探索)钻井基本要求,结合近30年全球深井钻井的技术进展,提出了"深探井钻井复杂巨系统工程"基本概念和"深井钻井技术系统"新构想。通过对现有深井钻井技术系统理论的整合和拓展,分析了深井钻井技术的复杂性与先进性、功能性与适用性、核心性与配套性等关系问题。通过深层次思考、系统集成分析与方法论上的功能整合,提出把深井钻井技术系统的复杂性真正当作复杂性处理,超越传统的理论束缚,从而为复杂深井钻井技术创新体系的建立提供了智力支持、知识储备和理论基础,并为深井钻井决策分析和评价体系的建立提供了基本思路。
According to the basic requests presented in scientific drilling for exploration and investigation today,together with the facts that is actually happening in deep drilling all over the world and the techniques developments in the recent 30 years,a new concept Complex Giant System Engineering on Deep Exploration Well Drilling(CGSE-DEWD) and a new idea Deep Drilling Techniques Systematization(DDTS) are put forward for the first time in China.Through the theoretical integration and extension of current deep drilling techniques systems,it is analyzed systematically that the technical problems of complexity and advanced nature,functionality and adaptability,centricity and suitablity are in couples occurred in deep drilling studies.Further,through the function integration on the methodology,adopting the method of the systemic analysis together with the systemic synthesis,as well as meta-synthesis method from qualitative to quantitative,the author puts forward an argument that be treating complexity of the deep drilling techniques systems as complexity,oversteping the chains of traditional theories,and preforming the new supports such as intelligence and knowledge systems,so as to establish an innovation system of complex deep drilling techniques systems,and to establish a decision-making analysis and evaluation system for deep drilling.
