摘要
肇66-平21井是大庆油田第1口难度最大的波浪水平井。该井存在随钻测量信息滞后,地质情况复杂多变,探油顶与预测有一定的误差,波浪段轨迹控制要求精度高、波浪段摆工具面难度大,钻具和套管通过能力低、摩阻和扭矩较大,容易卡钻,波浪段导向钻进比例小等难点。随钻MPR测量系统属于多相测量电阻率仪器,具有32条原始电阻率曲线及8条补偿后的曲线,能够提高测量精度。利用随钻MPR系统建立了地层倾角、井眼形状和钻头处井眼数据等预测方法,并将该预测方法成功地应用在肇66-平21井中,实现了在0.6 m断块超薄油藏内钻成垂向降5 m、井斜角86~92.86°、波浪段长度567 m的波浪水平井,提高了薄油层水平井钻井技术水平。
Abstract
Zhao66-ping21 well is the first difficulty wavy horizontal well of Daqing oilfield,it has those problems,such as measurement-while-drilling information delay,geology circumstance complex,predicted reservoir depth inaccuracy,place tool and high precision control difficulty of track in wavy well section,and also it has difficulties of easy sticking of tool for larger friction and torque,difficulty to certain build-up rate of dynamic drilling rig and smaller direction drilling proportion.MPR system while-drilling bellows to multiphase measurement electric resistivity equipment,it has 32 original resistivity curves and 8 compensate curves,promoted measurement accuracy.Established predict method of well figures,angle of bedding,and wellbore data of drilling bit by MPR system,successfully finished this well,and realized drilling 567 m horizontal well with vertical drop 5m,angle of inclination 86°to 92.86° in reservoir of 0.6 m thickness,advanced drilling technology in thin reservoir of Daqing oil field.
