留西地区防塌钻井液技术

留西地区在钻井过程中因井壁严重失稳极易导致大段划眼,甚至卡钻等井下复杂事故的发生。为解决这一问题,对该地区地层特点、典型井易塌段地层黏土矿物组分以及地层压力系统和地层水进行了分析,找出了发生井壁不稳定的原因,建立了有针对性的技术研究路线。在室内试验的基础上,优选出了适应于该地区地层特点的KPAM-NPAN-SMP-BYL聚合物防塌钻井液体系。6口井的现场应用表明,所选择的钻井液技术较好地满足了留西地区的钻井要求,解决了因井壁失稳导致的井下复杂事故的发生,易塌层的平均井径扩大率小于15%,井下复杂事故明显减少,钻井周期缩短近一半,完井电测成功率提高了33个百分点。该技术的应用,不但能解决留西地区的防塌难题,而且操作简单、维护方便、费用较低,具有广阔的应用前景。
Aiming at the problem of unstable borehole wall which lead to long segment hole was pulled or sticking during drilling process in Liuxi area,to solve the problem,formation characteristic and it’s mineral group and pressure system were analyzed,the cause of sidewall unstable was found out,technique investigative ways were established.Based on indoor testing and formation characteristic of Liuxi area,KPAM-NPAN-SMP-BYL polymer anti-sloughing drilling fluid systems were optimized.The field testing of 6 wells showed that the drilling fluid technologies can satisfy Liuxi area drilling needs,reduce the rate of downhole complex accident as well,the average enlargement rate of hole diameter in easy collapse floor was lessed than 15%,drilling period was shorten by half,completion well success rate of electric logging was increased by 33%.This technique applied in Liuxi area can solve hole sloughing prevention problem,and has simple operate,convenient maintenance,low cost and wide application foreground.
