免投死嘴高压分注工艺及应用

摘要
针对高压分层注水井因投捞调配困难、分注工艺成功率低的问题,对免投死嘴高压分注工艺进行了研究。研制的配水器具有设定压差开启机构,可将水嘴暂堵,研制的封隔器坐封压力低,耐压高;管柱下井低压坐封封隔器,不需投捞死嘴即可实现高压分注。和常规分注工艺相比,一方面减少了多次投捞死嘴、配下水嘴工序,减少了投捞遇卡机会,另一方面,避免了管柱憋高压坐封、拔死嘴注水时的压力波动,注水管柱工作平稳,管柱蠕动量小。同时,还可以通过流量计分层测试辅助验封,施工工艺简便,成功率高,目前在河南油田高压分注井应用150井次,工艺成功率90%,解决了高压分注难题。
Abstract
In view of difficulties of running and pulling allocation and low success ratio in high pressure separate water injection well,researched high pressure separate layer injection technology of unrunning dead nozzle.developed water flow regulator has open capacity at setting pressure difference,and can block water nozzle temporarily,developed packer has low setting pressure and high pressure resistance,realized high pressure separate injection without running dead nozzle.Compare this technology with conventional separate injection technology,it decreased running deal nozzle time and decreased water flow regulator procedure and sticking risk,also it avoid pipe string setting at high pressure and pressure fluctuate while pulling dead nozzle.It has characters of pipe string working steady,low squirm,easy operate,high success ratio.This technology has been applied in 150 wells in Henan oilfield,success ratio reached to 90%.
