螺杆泵采油井扶正器位置设计动力学研究

RESEARCH ON THE DYNAMICS MODEL OF SURFACE-DRIVEN SINGLE PROGRESSING CAVITY PUMP ROD AND CENTRALIZER DESIGN

对地面驱动单螺杆泵杆柱进行受力研究,利用有限单元法建立了螺杆泵杆柱运动动力学模型。该模型模拟了螺杆泵生产时杆柱的实际运动状况,考虑了抽油杆柱横向运动的影响,通过描述杆柱运动时6个方向的位移,得到杆柱在任意时刻、任意位置的轴向力、侧向力、扭矩以及杆管间的接触程度。通过对杆柱接触严重程度的判断,得到杆柱需要扶正的具体位置。该模型不仅适用于直井,也适用于斜井。在华北二连油田投入使用后,使螺杆泵井检泵周期平均延长了4个月。
The force on the surface-driven single progressing cavity pump(pcp) rod is researched and dynamics model of pcp rod movement is established.This model simulates actual movement situation of rod when pcp works.By considering the influence of lateral movement of pumping rod and describing its six directional displacement when rod runs,its axial force,side force and contact extent between the rod and the tubing could be obtained.By the severeness extent judge of rod contact,specific situations that need to centralize could be obtained.This model is suitable not only to the vertical well but also to the deflecting one.This research has been put into use in ErLian oilfields and wells production period is overtime for 4 month.
