涠洲12-1B油田隔水导管入泥深度分析

涠洲12-1B油田在钻井过程中井下情况比较复杂,钻井作业施工时间长,这对钻井隔水导管的稳定性提出了更高的要求。文中根据该油田海底土的工程地质条件,结合海上钻井隔水导管现场施工过程中不同的工况要求,利用隔水导管极限承载力分析方法,计算得出合理的隔水导管最小入泥深度。现场应用表明,计算结果与实际施工情况比较吻合,应用效果良好。
During the process of Weizhou12-1B Oilfield well drilling,downhole instance is complexity,and drilling time is longer,so drilling riser pipe has to have a good depth stability.In order to insure riser pipe stabilization during the process of drilling and oil and gas production later,it is necessary that making a study on a reasonable the mininum driving of riser pipe depth in this Oilfield.According to engineering and geologic evaluation of sea floor, combine with the requirements of field measures of drilling riser pipe and different work situations,by riser pipe limit resistance to pressure analytical method,calculating result showed the reasonable mininum driving depth of riser pipe.Field practices show that the calculating results met the real conditions perfectly.
