塔河油田TK4-3-1井复杂情况处理

COMPLEX CASE PROCESSING OF TK4-3-1 WELL IN TAHE OILFIELD

因钻遇断层或误揭风化壳而造成不同压力体系地层共存于同一长裸眼井,极易发生井漏、井塌复杂情况,处理不好,直接导致该井报废,乃至污染整个油区。TK4-3-1井复杂情况处理耗时112 d,应用了桥浆、水泥浆、桥浆+水泥浆和油田堵水材料混配浆进行堵漏作业,采取了正常排量注入和控制小排量慢注进行封堵作业,最终尝试使用油田堵水混配剂控制小排量慢注进行封堵作业并取得成功,这是对常规堵漏工艺的大胆创新和有效补充。该井是迄今为止塔河油田唯一一口发生类似情况而处理成功的井,为处理长裸眼井在不同压力体系地层中发生井漏、井塌复杂情况积累了经验。
As drilling across formation with fault or crust of different pressure system, it is easy to incur circulation loss and borehole collapse, and seriously it will cause well abandoned. TK4-3-1 handled for 112 days, used bridge paste, cement paste, composite bridge and cement, and mixture of water shutoff material and used regular and little volume of injection seal material but not success, finally used mixed water packing material with little volume injection and sealed circulation loss successfully, it is the only well handled successfully at the same condition of circulation loss, and it has accumulated experiment for handling complex circumstance of the same well.
