摘要
针对套管开窗质量要求高、施工难度大以及开窗工具工艺特点,研制成功机械式组合开窗工具。该开窗工具通过机械方式悬挂,铣锥、斜向器、地锚三者联为一体,可一次完成地锚坐封、开窗、修窗工作。通过理论计算和强度校核,从结构设计、材料选择、加工工艺等方面进行了全面研究和系统分析,20余口侧钻井的现场应用表明,该开窗工具施工工艺简单,性能稳定,工作效率高,使用寿命较长,可大面积推广应用。
Abstract
Aiming at the operation complex and low setting success ratio of convention casing window sidetracking tool, mechnical assembled casing window sidetracking tool was developed.The tool is including mill cone,deflector and anchor,the anchor setting,cutting window and fix window are operated by once going in the hole.Through theory account and strength check,Analysing and studying the structural design,material choosing and machining technics of the tool.The application in 15 wells at the field showed that the tool technics simple,performance stability,work efficiency high,has vast application prospect.
