砂砾岩地层钻头合理选型研究及应用

莫里青地区所钻遇地层含砾岩层多,下部地层的岩石成岩性好,胶结致密,研磨性强,可钻性差,机械钻速较低,为提高该地区钻头的进尺和钻速,开展了钻头类型优化研究。利用测井资料和钻头使用资料相结合的方法,首先对该地区的测井资料进行处理分析,得出地层的抗压强度、抗剪强度、研磨性及可钻性等力学参数,然后根据已使用钻头情况,建立钻头数据库。利用钻头类型与地层之间的匹配关系模型,结合地质、测井和钻井资料进行钻头合理选型,得出了钻头优选结果,并进行了现场应用,取得了较好的效果。
There are many glutenite formations met when drilling in Mo Liqing area and the characteristics of the lower formation rock are of fine digenetic, compact consolidation, good abrasiveness and weak drillability, and the penetration rate is relatively low. The study of bit type optimum is developed to improve the feed range and drilling speed. First, the well logging data was analyzed and combined together with bit performance data, and the mechanical parameters of the formation such as compression strength, shearing strength, abrasiveness and drillability were collected. Then, the bit database based on the information of the used bits was built. The rational bit type by the matching model between bit type and formation was selected, combining with geology, well logging and drilling data. Then the optimum bit type is chosen and put in use in the field and premium results were obtained.
