针对高压油气井固井后经常会出现环空窜流问题,研制了新型尾管封隔回接装置,该回接装置主要包括铣鞋、回接插头、节流浮箍,可磨铣回接筒上端和内表面的水泥残留物;封堵回接尾管与上层套管间的间隙;防止下套管时井口冒浆,并确保回接插头下插时液体有足够的压缩空间。现场应用表明,该回接工艺操作方便,回接装置密封可靠、耐高温。在四川、胜利、渤海等地应用效果较好。
The new type drilling liner tieback equipment and cementing technology are developed because of the annular gas channeling in high-pressure oil-gas well after cementing. This equipment consists of milling shoe, tie-back sub, choke float collar, millable tie-back stem upper end and cement relict on the inside surface of the equipment. The technology consists of plugging the interval between tie-back liner and the upper casing, preventing the mud outflow at wellhead while set casing and ensuring the enough compression space after the tie-back sub plug in. The field application indicates that the tie-back technology is convenient on operation, and the tie-back assembly is reliable and can endure high-temperature. The equipment has been applied in Sichuan, Shengli and Bohai oil fields and the application results are quite well.
