驱油聚合物水溶液黏度稳定剂的研究

STUDY OF VISCOSITY STABILIZER FOR POLYMER FLOODING

针对聚合物溶液在聚合物驱环境中黏度损失严重进而影响了驱油效果的问题。对聚合物水溶液黏度的影响因素和特点进行了分析,研制并筛选出了黏度稳定剂JW-1,并对其增黏稳黏效果进行了室内评价。试验结果表明,与空白的HPAM溶液相比,JW-1加量在800~1200 mg/L时,HPAM体系黏度增加了3倍左右,当其加量为1000 mg/L时,HPAM体系60 d后黏度基本保持稳定,黏损率约为10.1%,而空白的HPAM体系黏损率高达50%以上;JW-1与清污混配的HPAM溶液配伍性好,不产生悬浮物或絮状物。可望在聚合物驱油和深度调剖方面得到应用。
The viscosity loss of polymer solution will affect the effect of the polymer flooding severely. bases on the characteristics and factors of polymer flooding, two kinds of stabilizers were designed, And evaluated its properties on improving and stabilizing of viscosity in laboratory, shows that the stabilizers not only improved the viscosity of the polymer solution but also stabilized the viscosity. When the concentration of stabilizers is between 800 and 1200 mg/L, the viscosity of polymer solution may be increased by two to five times and this can keeps stable more than 60 days. The rate of the viscosity loss of polymer solution is less than 15%. The stabilizers may be used in polymer flooding and depth profile control because they can compatibility well with the HPAM solution confected by tap water and brine.
