冷41块化学封堵底水技术

辽河油田稠油蒸汽驱冷41块油藏边底水锥进造成油井高含水。分析了该块边底水活动规律,根据油藏地质特点,研制出一种高温调剖和水玻璃/黏土/酚醛树脂高强度复合堵剂。该堵剂主要由聚丙烯酰胺、有机交联剂、耐高温油溶性树脂、橡胶粉、榆树皮粉、无机增强剂及热稳定剂组成,封堵强度高,耐温性好。现场试验了13井次,增油降水效果明显,平均降水10个百分点以上,解决了底水对该区块的危害问题,达到稳油控水的目的。
High water cut cause by edge-bottom water drive of heavy oil steam-flood reservoir at Leng41 block of LiaoHe oilfield. Analyzed its activity rules of edge-bottom water, combined geological characters of this reservoir, a new combination plugging agent and fluid gelling profile control agent of sodium silicate/clay/phenolic resin were developed, which can endure high temperature and high strength and composed of polyacrylamide, organic crosslinker, resist high temperature oil soluble resin, rubber, elm, abio-reinforcing agent and thermal stabilizer, with favorable plugging and temperature tolerance. Experiment in 13 wells indicate that it can efficiently decrease the damage caused edge-bottom water, and reached the purpose of stable production and water control.
