摘要

在有杆泵系统中,经常采用油管锚定来改善工况,通过在管式泵的上方安装泄油器来改善油井施工作业时的工作环境。为了简化作业管柱,提高工作效率,开发了适用于江苏油田的KYLM-116液力锚。该工具集油管锚定和泄油器于一体,工作稳定性好,简化了作业管柱,使用在机抽井中,油井正常生产时可锚定井下抽油管柱,有效减少井下管柱弯曲而产生的管杆偏磨,减少冲程损失,提高机采井系统效率。经过442井次的下井应用,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract

In beam pump system, usually using tubing anchor to fix pump, and using bleeder Installed on the tubing pump to improve its working environment. In order to enhance work efficiency, developed LYLM-116 hydraulic anchor adequate for Jiangsu oil field, it combined tubing anchor and bleeder, which made it can anchorage downhole tubing as well production normally, also it can reduce eccentric wear of tubing bent, and reduce loss of plunger, enhance systematic efficiency of pump recovery well. After using in 442 wells, obtain good economic benefit.
