EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON MICROSCOPIC MECHANISM OF OIL DISPLACEMENT BY MICROGEL FLOODING IN HENAN XIAER MEN OILFIELD

微凝胶驱油技术是将传统的凝胶堵水调剖与聚合物驱的特点综合于一体,可解决聚合物驱中聚合物用量高、耐温抗盐性差、污水配制困难的问题。结合下二门油田油藏特点与开发状况,利用微观真实砂岩模型进行了驱油实验,研究了微凝胶在多孔介质中的流动规律以及微凝胶调驱提高采收率的微观机理。实验结果表明,微凝胶在多孔介质中流动时,优先进入大孔道,然后变形通过窄小孔喉;改向作用和黏弹作用是微凝胶调驱提高采收率的主要微观机理。
Micro-gel flooding is a new technique combine properties of profile modification and polymer flooding, solved current problems such as polymer volume needed larger, temperature and salt resisting ability poor and compounding of polymer with wastewater is difficult. Flooding experiments are carried out at first time using micro- real-sand model in combination with the reservoir feature and development status in Xia’ermen Oilfield, the experiment results show that micro-gel flow into large porous firstly, then into little porous and throat by deformation, and diversion and viscous-elastic behavior are main micro-mechanism that micro-gel improve oil recovery.
