宝力格油田是二连油田投入开发的一个偏远复杂断块油田。为了降低生产建设投资,提高开发效果,在深入总结分析该油田试采工艺应用情况的基础上,对油井举升方式、配套工艺进行了优化设计,通过多方案对比优选,设计出抽油机-深井泵、螺杆泵并举的配套举升工艺方案。现场实施后,在保证冬季连续正常生产的情况下,降低了生产建设投资和生产运行费用,为其它同类油田的开发提供了成功经验。
Deeply summarized the application of testing production technologies of Bao Lige Oilfield, further optimized production method and matching technologies by computer software. After compared those calculated results, a new process program combined deep well-pump with screw pump was designed. Applications of the new technology indicate that both invest and production costs are separately decreased 35.64% and 25.42%, and it also can keep well continually product in winter. Successful use of this lift technologies proposed a reference model for other fault blocks of Bolige fields.
