摘要
在评述现有防砂工艺的基础上,研究开发出一种新型复合缝腔割缝防砂筛管。该种防砂筛管具有流阻小、防砂效果好、强度高、使用寿命长等特点。详述了该防砂筛管的结构特点及防砂原理,并利用ANSYS软件,计算了各种工况下的强度值,为建立割缝筛管强度标准提供了依据。结合油田现场使用情况,对重要失效形式--抗挤压失效形式进行了分析、预测,提出了一种判断井下割缝筛管失效的方法,为油田开发减少损失、提高经济效益提供了理论依据。胜利油田现场应用结果表明,该种新型复合割缝筛管进行防砂效果好,渗透能力强,耐腐蚀,且施工方便。
Abstract
On the basis of analyzing current mechanical sand control techniques, a new kind of slotted screen with compound cavity is developed in this paper. Slotted screen with compound cavity has virtues such as low flow resistance、fine effect of sand control, high intensity, long service life etc.. The structure characters and sand control principium of slotted screen with compound cavity are expatiated in this paper. Moreover, the strength analysis is also performed on slotted screen with compound cavity, which is compared with the pipe sleeve recommended by API. At the same time a new method is presented for estimating the invalidation of screen, which is synthesized with practical application. Finally, the application of slotted screen liner with compound cavity in Shengli Oil Field is provided.
