侧钻井封堵封窜工艺实践

侧钻井技术已成为挖掘层间剩余油潜力的重要手段,而套管漏失问题逐步成为制约侧钻井发展的一个因素。侧钻井套管漏失可分为上部套管漏失、尾管顶悬挂器处漏失、小套管漏失或管外窜3种类型。分析了造成侧钻井不同类型漏失的主要原因,并结合典型井例,介绍了针对不同漏失类型的封堵封窜工艺,经现场实践,取得了理想的效果。

Sidetracking technology has become one of the main means to develop potentiality remaining oil of interlamination, but the problem of casing leakage has gradually been becoming one of restricting factor in the development of sidetracking wells. There are three types of casing leakage including top casing leakage, extension hanger leakage and sidetracking casing leakage/outside sidetracking casing channeling. The major reasons for different leakages of sidetracking wells were analyzed in this paper. Furthermore, the leakage sealing and plugging technology for different leakages was presented together with typical well examples, which obtained ideal result in field practice.
