波纹管堵漏技术在吐哈油田L7-71井的应用

吐哈油田L7-71井井漏严重,先后6次采取综合堵漏、静止堵漏、凝胶堵漏、打水泥堵漏等各种措施堵漏,历时20d,共漏失钻井液1007 m3,堵漏效果不明显。波纹管技术是20世纪90年代研制成功的,可用于解决钻井过程中井下复杂情况。通过井眼状况调查,扩眼作业,波纹管焊接、下入及液压涨管,机械整形等工序将波纹管应用在L7-71井中,堵漏效果较好,可大面积推广应用。
Well L7-71 encountered serious lost circulation and the drilling speed increased quickly. Many kinds of measurements have been taken for 6 times in 20 days to stop the leakage, including comprehensive sealing, the static sealing, the gel sealing, cementing sealing, however, the sealing effect is not significant. And the leakage of drilling fluid is 1007 m3. The bellows technique was developed successfully in 1990s. It can be used to settle many down-hole complicated conditions during the drilling process. Through the wellbore condition investigation, reaming hole operation, welding of the bellows, setting and hydraulic expanding the bellows and the mechanical shaping procedures, the bellows was applied in well L7-71 for the first time. The sealing effect is significant, and can be widespread deployment.
