RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF CEMENTING TECHNOLOGY IN SIDE-DRILLED HOLE IN OLD WELL

针对长庆油田老井侧钻井水泥封固质量差的问题,进行了老井侧钻井固井技术研究。总结和分析了调整更新井及侧钻井固井的特点和难点,在室内试验研究了防窜(油层)二凝水泥浆体系,试验了高效冲洗隔离液,提高了1、2界面的水泥胶结质量,采用了紊流+塞流的水泥浆顶替技术和平衡压力的侧钻井固井技术。现场固井46口,固井一次合格率100%,油层段优质率大于90%。侧钻井固井技术及其水泥浆体系的研制开发为长庆多级压力层系、低压易漏失、油气(伴生气)水活跃及长裸眼复杂井固井提供了理论依据和技术支撑,提高了固井质量,降低了固井成本。
This paper summarizes and analyses the characteristic and difficulty of the adjusted and renewed wells and side-tracked well cementing, and researches the dual thickening time cement slurry system for preventing oil-reservoirs from gas migration by the laboratory test, and tests the high effective washing and spacer fluid, and raises the cementation quality of two interfaces. The displacement technology of the turbulent flow and plug flow slurry and the technology of balanced pressure cementing in side-tracked of were applied. Forty six wells were cemented in the field and the qualification rate can be one hundred percent once, the high quality rate can be more than ninety percent. The side-drilled well cementing technology and concerned slurry system research provide the theoretical foundation and technology support for the cementing of Changqing multi-pressure layer system, lost-circulation zone under low pressure, the water-oil-gas active zone and long open-hole complicated wells. The technology also raises the cementing quality and reduces the cementing cost.
