水泥浆滤液对油气层的损害分析及保护技术

固井过程中,若不对水泥浆性能进行调整和控制,水泥浆滤液与水泥细小颗粒会大量进入油气层,堵塞油气通道,影响油气开采效果。分析了水泥浆滤液对岩石渗透率的影响,对失水量不同的水泥浆体系分别在相同条件下对同类岩心进行了岩石渗透率损害实验,找出了水泥浆滤失量的最佳控制范围,现场应用表明,对于高压低渗油气藏,固井过程中水泥浆失水量宜控制在70 mL范围以内。该项研究对固井过程中较好地保护油气层、提高油井产能具有很好的指导意义。
In the course of cementation, slurry filtrate and cement fine grains will greatly enter into hydrocarbon reservoir, then block oil and gas channels and directly influence the effect of oil and gas production if the property of slurry can’t be adjusted and controlled. The influence of slurry filtrate on rocky permeability was analyzed through test. The rocky permeability damage tests were taken for the homogeneous rock in the slurry systems which have different water loss at the same condition, and the best control scope of the slurry filtrate loss was found. The field application indicates that the water loss of slurry should be controlled no more than 70 mL in the cementation. The research is instructive for protecting hydrocarbon reservoir comparatively in the cementing and raising the production of oil well.
