PILOT TESTE RESEARCH OF MOVEABLE GEL DISPLACING OIL IN MENGGULIN OILFIELD

可动凝胶驱油技术能够有效改善水驱油流度比、解决油藏的层内及层间矛盾、提高注入水波及效率。介绍了蒙古林普通稠油油藏高含水开发条件下开展可动凝胶驱油矿场先导试验情况,给出了对地面流程的注入剪切损失、可动凝胶驱油体系在地面和地下的性能评价结果以及油水井的反应,采用跟踪数值模拟方法精确测算了试验井的增产油量,并采用2种经济评价方法对试验效果进行了评价。研究结果表明,试验效果明显,实施一年半累计增油2.01×10 4 t,收回全部投资。初步建立了一套较系统的可动凝胶驱油效果评价方法,对有效改善类似油藏的开发效果具有一定的借鉴意义。
Moveable gel displacing oil technique is a developing technology of enhanced oil recovery. this article introduced a testing research, which was carried out in common heave oil and high water formation, offered injecting shear loss about surface flow, gave surface and underground performance of moveable gel displacing oil, analyzed reactions of oil and water wells,measured the increased yield of testing well using tracking numerical simulation, appraised testing result using two economic appraisal methods.Our research indicated the testing result is evident, the total increased yield is 2.01×10 4 t in one and a half year, wining the total investment. We have established method of evaluating the effect of gel displacing oil, provided great significations for the exploitation of resemble oil layer.
