摘要
气体加速泵是结合气举工艺和喷射泵工艺的优点而发展起来的一种开采工艺设备,在国内外都有较广泛的应用,但对其举升效率和两相流方面的研究还未曾见报道。研究了气体加速泵的工艺原理以及气举的举液机理研究现状,从气举能量角度建立了气体加速泵排水采气举升效率计算模型。模型考虑了压能、热能、位能、膨胀能以及动能。算例分析表明,气体加速泵能较大幅度地提高气体举升效率。比较无滑脱压力梯度和Hagedorn-Brown方法以及Schmidt计算的压力梯度与实测压力梯度,表明气体加速泵能充分减小两相流压力损失。
Abstract
Gas accelerator pump usually called gas-lift jet pump, was developed combined with merits of gas-lift technique and jet pump technique, and widely used in domestic and foreign oilfield, but there is little reports on lifting efficiency and two-phase flow. Study on the principles of gas accelerator and lifting theories, in the view of energy, considering the pressure, heat, potential, expanding and kinetic energy theory, a lifting efficiency model of gas accelerator was developed, applications indicate that gas-lift efficiency can be greatly enhanced by gas accelerator, and compared with results acquired by non-slippage pressure gradient method, Hagedorn-Brown method, Schmidt method and experiment data, indicates that pressure losing of two-phase flow was greatly reduced.
