射孔与下泵生产一次完成工艺

PERFORATION AND PUMPING PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE ACHIEVED AT ONE TIME

油井求产时,按常规工序,射孔与下泵作业分2次完成,由此引起施工周期长、作业费用高、易井喷等问题。鉴于此,提出了射孔与下泵生产一次完成的技术,并从能实现过泵定位、投棒射孔、地层测试等功能的射采联作泵,射孔联作配套工具,工艺程序,完井管柱设计4个方面进行了研究,将射孔与下泵抽油工序合二为一,射孔作业后无需起出管柱,便可进行油井投产。经132井次的现场应用,工艺先进可行,射孔成功率100%,平均单井泵效为51.2%。实践表明,该工艺可实现射孔、下泵作业一体化,简化施工工序,降低修井成本,并能有效防止井喷事故,避免对地层的二次污染,可大面积推广应用。
by common procedure, perforating job and pumping job is achieved respectively, and it can arose some problems, such as longer work cycle, higher cost, blowout. In order to simplify working procedures, reduce costs, prevent blowout, we proposed a technique of perforating and pumping jobs achieved at one time. Considering pump orientation, drop bar perforating, formation testing, and other functions, we combined perforating and pumping as one procedure, and directly put into production not needing remove pipe string after perforating. After 132 times applications, the procedure is feasible, perforating success is 100 per, average oil-well pump efficiency is 51.2 per. Oil-field applications indicate that this technique can greatly simplify working procedure, reduce cost, prevent blowout, avoid formation pollution, can be broadly used.
