为解决分注井投捞调配困难、控水水嘴设定步骤复杂、封隔器有效期短等一系列问题,在对目前各种分注工艺进行研究的基础上,研制了一种新型三层细分注水工艺管柱,其配套工具有井下三层分流器、K344高温高压封隔器、节流器、平衡式底球等。该管柱可实现一趟管柱逐层录取分层吸水资料;采用液力冲捞,无需钢丝绳和泵车,可用于斜井细分注水。该工艺具有调配效率高、水嘴尺寸设定简单准确、封隔器耐温耐压性能好、有效期长等优点。在胜利油田临盘采油厂实施3口井,层段合格率达到了88.9%。实践证明,该工艺具有很高的实用价值,可大面积推广。
There is a series of problems in separate layer water injection, such as pulling and running technique difficulty, control water nozzle complex and period of validity of packer short, based on the current research of separate layer water injection technique, a new three-layer separate layer water injection tubing was developed, it is consist of a three-layer diverter, a high-temperature-high-pressure K344 packer, a chock valve and a bottom balance ball, it can get several separated layer water injection data with one string trip, using hydraulic fishing without steel cable and pump car, it has solved all the problems mentioned above. Three well application in lingpan oilfield achieved 88.9% ratio of qualified, so it is very practical and should be widely used.
