缝中酸液流动反应模拟研究

酸液在缝中的流动反应是酸压设计中的一项重要内容,大部分二维酸液流动反应模拟模型都假设了缝宽不变,并且在求解时引入传质系数将二维模型一维化来求解,影响了计算精度。为此,基于物质守恒原理建立了新的酸压缝中酸液流动反应模拟模型。该模型避免了缝宽为恒值的假设,在求解时直接沿缝长和缝宽方向差分化并采用"追赶法"求解,不需引入传质系数以减少模型维数。计算实例表明,所提出的酸岩反应模型能较真实地反映酸液在缝中的流动反应。
Research on acid fluid flowing reaction in fracture is very important to fracturing design. The 2-D simulation models of acid fluid flowing reaction is usually supposed that the widths of fracture is a const, and using mass transfer coefficient make it change to 1-D models, this reduces the precision of simulation results. Based on material conservation theory, a new acid fluid flowing reaction simulation model was established, using difference and LU method along changed fracture’s widths and lengths will be calculated. Applications indicate that the new model can reflect reactions of acid fluid in fracture more adequately.
