摘要
采取地质导向的水平井中靶时,若油层提前出现,由于井斜角没有提前增大,必然会钻至油层下部;相反,若油层滞后出现,而钻到设计垂深处井斜角已增大到中靶时的大小,接近于水平,此时,井眼垂深的增加就非常缓慢,中靶的难度显著增大。为解决这个问题,需要将地质导向钻井中靶过程分为探油顶和中靶2个阶段,重点就探油顶优化设计进行了阐述,提出了以"A点靶窗向后推移长度最短"为主要优选目标的一套探油顶优化设计方法,并通过算例证明了这种方法可有效解决地质靶点不确定条件下的中靶问题,为地质导向水平井的井眼轨迹优化提供了理论依据。
Abstract
The problem of hitting targets for geo-streering horizontal drilling is how to design the well path to be drilled while the target position isn’t sure. This paper analyses a two-step method to solve the problem. The first step is trying to find out top interface of pay zone, and the second step is hitting target when its position is definite. To minimize the length of moving target A backward, the method of finding out top interface of pay zone is discussed and optimized. Finally, this paper described the application of this method in geo-steering horizontal drilling.
