拟悬链线轨迹设计方法及其摩阻扭矩评价

在大位移井钻井过程中,摩阻、扭矩是制约其水平位移延伸长度的关键因素,大位移井井身剖面的优化设计是减少摩阻扭矩、增加水平延伸距离的重要技术措施。拟悬链线剖面在减少摩阻扭矩和增加管柱的可下入性方面展现出一定的优势。通过微积分方法,建立了拟悬链线轨迹井身参数的计算模型,寻找到保证拟悬链线轨迹剖面在工程上和几何上都有意义的参数输入范围,并对不同轨迹类型(拟悬链线剖面、"直-增-稳"剖面、悬链线剖面)的摩阻、扭矩进行了比较分析。结果表明,对于水平位移较长的大位移井,拟悬链线轨迹能够减少摩阻扭矩,由于曲线井段占总井深的比例不大,通过改变剖面类型减少摩阻扭矩的作用有限,但悬链线设计为大位移井剖面设计提供了一种新的设计方法。
Torque and drag is a key factor to limit horizontal departure of an extended reach well(ERW), optimization of directional profile can be used to reduce torque and drag and increase horizontal departure. Pseudo-catenary profiles exhibit some benefits in terms of reducing torque and increasing the ability to run tubulars in Extended Reach Drilling(ERD). This paper introduced calculation equations with which Pseudo-catenary profiles can be planed, and maximum inclination can be determined to ensure pseudo-catenary profiles meaningful in geometry an engineering. Comparisons and evaluations in torque/drag between catenary profile, pseudo-catenary profile and slant profile were made. Results show pseudo-catenary profile has less torque and drag compared with slant profile, function of reducing torque and drag is limited by changing directional profile due to the small ratio of the length of curved section to total depth, but pseudo-catenary profiles provided a new choice for ERW profile plan.
