井下油水分离采油技术

针对油井因含水过高而造成的水处理费用增加、管线泵站腐蚀严重和油井经济效益过低或根本无效益而导致的过早关停问题,进行了井下油水分离采油技术研究。运用水力旋流分离技术,通过井下抽油注水双作用泵,在抽油机上行程将分离出的原油抽出,下行程将分离出的水注入地层,可在同一油井内有效地完成采油、油水分离和产出水回注,从而降低油井产液量及采出水量,改善了抽油机运行工况,节约了水处理费用。临盘油田大芦家区块L2-51井的矿场试验结果表明,对应油井含水率持续下降3个多百分点,油井产液量下降10~15t/d,见到了明显的降水效果。井下油水分离采油技术可作为高含水油井井组采油注水的有效措施,在高含水油田具有广阔的应用前景。
In oilfield with high water content, the produced water cause a lot of problems such as high disposal cost, pipeline and station corrosion, premature well shutdown due to low economical benefit or no benefit at all, thus the study on downhole oil and water separation is conducted. Hydraulic cyclone separation technology is applied and a double-effect pump of oil pumping and water injecting is used, which pumps out the crude in the upward stroke and injects the water back into the formation in the downward stroke, thus reduces water production and improves the working conditions of the pumping unit. Field test was conducted in well L2-51 of Linpan Oilfield, and it was found that the water content dropped by over 3 percents and fluid production reduced 10~15 t/d. This technology can be used in well group production with high water content, and has wide application prospect in oilfield with high water content.
