油层加电提高采收率技术

ENHANCE RECOVERY FACTOR BY IMPOSE ELECTRICITY ON OIL-LAYER

为了提高低渗透油田的开发效益,改善开采环境,研究了油层加电采油技术。该技术是以直流稳压电场直接作用于油层部位,在油层部位建立电位梯度(物理场),对油层及其介质进行长时间电物理场作用,达到消除油层堵塞的电动力学效果,以及改变岩层物性的电化学效果,最终达到提高原油采收率的目的。通过试验论证了该研究的技术可行性及增产理论依据,并对现场试验具体工艺、实现方法及试验效果等方面进行了详细的阐述。现场试验结果表明,该工艺已经成熟,达到了疏通油层、解除近井地带堵塞的效果,是一项提高低渗透油田开发效益的辅助技术。
In order to enhance the development profit of low permeable oilfield,Improve the environment of production,We studied the technology production of imposing electric to oil-layers. This technology makes the direct and stable voltage electronic field acting on the parts of oil-layer, and constructs gradient of electric potential(physical field) in oil-layer. It acts on oil zone and its medium for a long time through chemical-electric way, for the electrodynamic purpose of eliminating the block of oil layers and for the electrochemical purpose to change the rocks physical property.In the end realize to enhance the recovery efficiency of oilfields. This paper demonstrates the feasibility and the theorise of stimulation by testing. It expounded the specific processes of testing in site,realizing ways and the testing effects and so on. From the point of testing, the process has matured, achieved connecting oil layers, and breaking down the blocks near the well, the technology is one of additional technology to stimulate low permeable oilfield to great profit.
