配汽嘴内饱和蒸汽流动数值模拟及设计

采用限流射孔技术可以改善油井吸汽剖面,最终达到提高油层动用程度及油井产量的目的。针对配汽嘴内汽液两相流动特点,基于质量守恒定律、牛顿第二定律、热力学第一定律和热力学第二定律,对高温、高压下饱和蒸汽汽液两相临界流进行了数值模拟,编制了与已有配汽软件相配套的计算程序,通过实例计算阐述了配汽嘴的工况设计步骤,所提出的配汽嘴的设计方法已成功地应用到河南油田的单井分层配汽工艺中。
For the layer reservoir, steam-injection profile control method using limited-entry ferforations is employed to improve the steam absorption profile and enhance oil reservoir development extent. The numerical simulation is performed to the saterated steam two phase critical flow within the steam allocation nozzle according to the characteristics of the steam with high temperature and pressure. A computation program has been worked out incorporated into the steam allocation program. The nozzle design method has been successfully applied in single well of Henan Oilfield.
