哌嗪与环氧氯丙烷共聚产物PPAECH的合成及性能

SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF PPAECH FROM PIPERAZINE AND EPICHLOROKYDRIN

为了获得絮凝效果较好的有机高分子絮凝剂,以哌嗪和环氧氯丙烷为原料,在不同试验条件下合成了PPAECH阳离子聚合物,并根据产品的黏度和收率对试验条件进行了优化。对PPAECH的絮凝性能进行了研究。结果表明,PPAECH的最佳合成条件为:温度50℃,反应时间3.5h,加水量0,此条件下产物收率为62%;PPAECH具有较好的絮凝性能,其最佳投加量为5mg/L,可使污水透光率提高14%;PPAECH能与PAC复配后使用,复配后无沉淀,絮凝效果不变,但可简化现场药剂投加工序。
On different experimental condition,cation polymer PPAECH has been synthesized from piperazine and epichlorokydrin. The conditions of synthesizing PPAECH are optimized according to the viscosity and yield of the copolymers. PPAECH can be used as flocculating agent in oil-exploitation sewerage of oil field, and flocculating property of PPAECH has been studied. The results show that the optimum condition is that the temperature of the reaction is 50℃, the time of the reaction is 3.5 h, and adscititious water is 0. PPAECH has better flocculating property,the best add quantity is 5 mg/L. The mixture of PPAECH and PAC is stable, and has preferable properties.
