水力扩张式跨隔封隔器在金资1井的应用

金资1井是西气东输金坛盐穴地下储气库先导性试验的资料井,针对金资1井的要求,常规的水力扩张式封隔器很难达到规定的工艺要求。结合该井现场情况,对K344- 190水力扩张式封隔器的中心管进行了改进,将中心管直径由73mm改为127mm,其承受拉力从600kN提高到1200kN,并设计出一套高抗拉、高抗挤、高抗内压的地层承压测试管柱。现场施工证明,该工具性能可靠。满足了长裸眼井段分层高压试压工艺要求,为正确评价和研究西气东输金资盐穴地下储气条件提供了可靠资料。
Well Jinzi-1 is drilled to provide data for the underground gas storage project used for west to east gas transportation. It is difficult to accomplish the required technical requirements by using the conventional hydraulic expanding packer in this well, thus modification was conducted to the K344-190 hydraulic packer, enlarging the central pipe from 73 mm to 127 mm and this improved its tension strength from 600 kN to 1200 kN. Field operation proved its reliability, and this is an innovation in long open hole zonal high pressure test and ensures reliable data for accurate evaluation of the underground gas storage project.
