认识影响新型套管(TP130TT×152.4mm×16.90mm)的抗挤强度的诸种因素,对正确选用这种套管具有重要的指导意义。采用有限元法,计算和分析了套管缺陷(壁厚不均度、椭圆度)及非均匀载荷等因素对套管抗挤强度的影响规律。计算结果表明,在非均匀外挤载荷作用下,这种套管仍具有较高的抗挤能力;在静水压力的作用下,套管抗挤强度随着其壁厚不均度和椭圆度的增加而降低。
It is important for properly selecting the casing to understand the factors affecting the collapse strength of a new type of casing (TP130TT Ф152.4mm ×16.90mm) with high collapse strength. The effects of the casing defects (uneven thickness and ellipticity) and non-uniform loads on the casing collapse strength were analyzed by the finite element method, and the results showed that the collapse strength decreases with the increasing of ellipticity and non-uniformity of the casing thickness, while it still firm enough to withstand the collapsing load under non-uniform load conditions.
