STUDY ON THREE TYPES OF CROSSLINKER AND THEIR PROFILE MODIFICATION EFFICIENCY IN HPAM SOLUTION

对3种交联剂的制备方法及与HPAM溶液的交联性能进行了室内试验。将乳酸钠、重铬酸钠、有机硫按3:1:2质量比配备,制成有机醛;将重铬酸钠、氯化钴、有机硫和乳酸钠按6:3:8:20质量比配备,制备成复合金属交联剂。3种交联剂分别加入HPAM聚合物溶液中,结果证明,在HPAM聚合物溶液中加入有机铬、有机醛和复合金属复合金属交联剂后的调驱效果好于其它2种交联剂。复合金属交联剂适合于矿化度30000mg/L、温度70℃左右的地层,可提高采收率近27.3%。
Three types of crosslinker are prepared and their properties in HPAM solution are evaluated in laboratory. To prepare organic aldehyde by sodium lactate, sodium bichromate and organic sulfur in a mess ratio of 3/1/2, and prepare composite metal crosslinker by sodium bichromate, cobalt chloride, organic sulfur and sodium lactate in 6/3/8/20. When 3 types of crosslinker are added in the HPAM solution, it is detected that the profile modification efficiency of Al-Cr composite crosslinker in HPAM polymer solution is better than that of the two others. The composite crosslinker can increase the oil recovery by 27.3% and it is suitable for applying in the formation with a temperature of about 70℃ and a salinity of 30000 mg/L.
