膨胀管关键技术研究及首次应用

膨胀管技术作为一种新兴技术越来越受到石油工程界的重视,采用该技术可以改善现有井身结构以及增大完井井眼直径,利于后续的钻井及采油工程作业。运用有限元模拟方法对膨胀管技术的重点和难点即膨胀锥和连接螺纹进行了研究,设计了膨胀锥模型和膨胀套管连接螺纹,确定了膨胀锥的几何形状、尺寸、锥角以及连接螺纹的形式、形状、密封面、扭矩台肩。通过2口井的膨胀管技术现场试验,成功地验证了膨胀管技术在现场应用的可靠性,为今后在石油钻井及完井过程中优化井身结构、减少井下复杂情况、增大完井井径及套管修复,提供了一套最新的解决方案。
As a new technology in the petroleum industry, Expandable Tubular Technology (ETT) is being paid more and more attentions. By applying this technology, casing program can be improved and hole size can be enlarged, and it is also favorable for the following drilling and production operations. Limited element simulation method is used to study the difficulties of ETT, i.e., the expansion cone and connection thread. An expansion cone model and the connection thread are designed, and the geometry profile, size and cone angle, as well as the type, shape, sealing face and torque shoulder are also determined. Field tests of ETT in two wells proved its reliability, and it’s a novel solution for casing program simplification, downhole troubles minimization, completion hole size enlargement and casing repair.
