大庆油田?139.7mm套管井深部取换套技术

取换套技术是目前最彻底的修井技术。系统介绍了套铣套管封隔器和管外扶正器技术、小通径套损井的套铣引入防丢鱼技术、新旧套管补接及固井技术、过油层取套保护油层技术、套具防卡技术等新技术。研究应用以上技术,大庆油田深部取换套成功率达到94%,取套深度达到1000m,卡套铣钻具事故发生率降低到1%以下。通过介绍1口典型取套井的施工过程,说明了取换套技术在大庆油田的具体应用情况。
As the soundest workover technology, the casing replacement/retrieval technology is being paid more attentions and has become one of the major workover technologies in Daqing Oilfield. This technology involves many technologies, i.e., casing milling packer and external casing centrilizer, fish-falling proof technology for casing damaged well of small size, new/old casing mending and cementing, through-payzone casing retrieval technology, casing tool sticking prevention, etc. By applying the above technologies, the success rate of deep casing replacement/retrieval in Daqing reached up to 94%, and casing retrieval depth reached 1000 m, while the casing sticking and drill pipe milling accidents dropped to 1% or lower. The typical casing retrieval procedures are illustrated and the specific applications are also described.
