聚驱抽油机井杆柱扶正器合理布置新方法

NEW AND REASONABLE TUBING CENTRALIZER ARRANGEMENT METHOD OF POLYMER FLOODING ARTIFICIAL LIFTING WELL

对杆柱实施扶正已成为聚驱抽油机井杆管防偏磨的一种重要措施。根据杆柱受轴向压力和抽汲含聚黏弹流体产生对杆柱的法向力作用引起杆柱弯曲偏磨的机理,建立了计算聚驱抽油机井杆柱轴向压力和黏弹液体产生的法向力的经验公式,提出了以分析计算由轴向压力和黏弹液体产生的法向力作用于杆柱产生的杆柱弯曲变形为基础的聚驱抽油机井杆柱扶正器布置方法。该方法已研制成软件,可以对聚驱抽油机井杆柱扶正进行设计。
Centralization for tubing is one of the important methods to prevent eccentrical rub. According to the mechanism research of tubing bending by the when the tubing burdens axial pressure and lifting viscous liquids, the paper builds the experienced formula to calculate the normal force by the axial force and viscous liquids lifting, and then recommend the reasonable tubing centralizer arrangement method based on the tubing bending analysis. This method has developed the software to design the centralizer arrangement for polymer flooding artificial lifting well.
