摘要
针对常规注聚系统建设投资大和难于搬迁等问题,依据复杂小断块油藏区块小而散的特点,因地制宜研制设计简单实用、投资少、易搬迁、安全可靠的撬装式注聚工艺流程。通过设备型号的优选和配套工艺的优化设计,形成了溶胀搅拌系统、负压配液系统、喂注系统及活动供电4大系统。现场实施结果证明,该工艺流程完全满足复杂小断块油藏注聚调剖的工艺要求,取得了很好的效果
Abstract
By the problems of high investment and mobilization in the normal polymer injection system, in view of the characters of small size and scattered location, the research worked out a skid-mounted process which measures to local conditions, is simple and applicable, with lower investment, easy mobilization, safety and reliability. Through the optimization of the equipment selection and process design, it includes four systems:the meltage and mixers, the jetblender, the injection and the removable transformer. Site application shows that the process completely fits for the requirements of polymer injection for profile modification in highly faulted and small reservoirs, gains good effects.
