PROFILE MODIFICATION AGENT OF FRACTURING/LOW PERMEABILITY SAND RESERVOIR

针对吉林油田裂缝发育的油藏特点,研究了一种NK复合调剖剂,它具有封堵裂缝和填充基岩的双重特点。研究了聚合物离子度、交联剂浓度、颗粒用量、温度、水质等因素对复合胶体的强度和成胶时间的影响;还对比了NK复合调剖剂与聚合物/络合铬(Ⅲ)调剖剂及地面预聚颗粒堵剂的强度、堵塞率、突破压力和抗冲刷性。研究结果表明,复合胶体的各项性能指标都优于其它2种调剖剂。该调剖剂在裂缝发育的油田现场应用,取得了非常好的调剖效果。
According to the specialties of fracturing reservoirs in Jilin Oilfield, the study is researched a compound profile modification agent, called NK, which has the bi-characters of plugging fractures and filling base rocks. The study investigates the gel strength and gelling time effects caused by polymer ion activity, crosslinker concentration, grain volume, temperature and water quality. It also compares NK compound modification agent with complexing chromium modification agent and surface filling grain agent in intension, filling ratio, break pressure and flooding endurance. The result shows that NK is prior to another two agents in any characters. This kind of agent is applied for fracturing reservoirs with the great profile modification effects.
