直线电机作为井下泵动力系统可以有效地提高抽油系统的效率,由于在系统中去掉了抽油杆,从而彻底解决了杆管磨损的难题。将圆筒型直线电机与井下泵组合成机电一体化产品的设想,使整个系统的结构变得简单而易于控制。分析了圆筒型直线电机的性能及其作为井下泵动力系统的优势和应用前景,提出了直线电机结构改进方向。根据现场实际情况对方案进行了计算论证,结果表明,直线电机作为井下泵动力系统项目研究将为石油矿场开发提供一项新的开采技术和方法。
Because it deletes production rods in production system, linear motor is used as the well pump drive system to improve production efficiency effectively, so as to resolve the tube and rod wearing problem thoroughly. This electromechanical product imagination combined cylinder linear motor with well pump, which makes the whole system easily controlled and simplified. The paper analyzes the characters of cylinder linear motor and the advantages and application future as the well pump drive system, and mentions the its structure modification direction. According to site condition, the paper revised and verified its plan and calculation; the result shows that it can be a new production technology and method of oil production and development.
