二通阀进液控制式信号发生器非线性状态方程

NONLINEAR STATE EQUATION OF THE HYDRAULIC PULSER CONTROLLED BY ON-OFF PILOT VALVE

以二通先导阀控制式液压信号发生器液压系统工作原理为基础,根据3个阶段的不同工作特点,应用液压阀的流量压力特性关系,建立了各个过程阀口的流量连续方程。在考虑阀芯运动件的瞬态、稳态液动力的情况下,建立了各个阶段阀芯的动态受力平衡方程,然后以流量和先导阀开度为控制输入,以主阀、溢流阀的位移、速度为状态变量建立了3个阶段的非线性状态方程,并进行了实例仿真计算。
Based on the principle of the hydraulic system of signal producer controlled by on-off pilot valve, and according to the different working characteristic of three phases,using the liquid flow and pressure characteristic of valve, the dynamic equilibrium equations for flow flux of every subsystem are established; By taking account of the steady and instantaneous hydraulic impetus, the main and overflow valve’s dynamic equilibrium equations of force in every phases are established; Farther more, by choosing the pilot valve’s opening degree and import flow flux as the control variables, by choosing the main and overflow valve’s opening degree and velocity as the variables of state, the nonlinear equations of state of three phases are presented, and a simulating calculation of practical example has been conducted.
